Returns and Refunds

The item MUST be in as new condition including the Bumpers. 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item a £5 handling fee and the cost of the shipping of the exchange will be charged. We will send an invoice prior to sending the exchanged item.

Items must be in the same (new) condition as when they were originally shipped from us, including the Bumpers.

Please send to the address below and include a note with your order number/name and be sure to state the colour you would like.

Refund

If you have changed your mind and would like a refund please send the items to the address below. We will credit the card number you used to make your original purchase, excluding the shipping fee and a £5 handling charge.

This must be within 30 days of purchase, goods in the same (new) condition, including the Bumpers, as when they were originally shipped from us and please include in the box details your name and address so that we can find your original order. 

Damaged item

In the case of returning a damaged item go to the "Contact Us" tab and send us an email before sending it back.

Damaged goods returned without prior contact and agreement with us regarding the circumstances of how the damage occurred may not be accepted.

Note for all returns

Goods returned for replacement or refund must be in the same (new) condition as when they were originally shipped from us and returned WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

We advise you to have your returns tracked as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

The goods will need to be sent to an address in Crewe.

    Guarantee

    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you decide you want to return your purchase for any reason, within 30 days of receiving it, we will replace it or refund you with no reservations so long as the item is in unused, new condition. All we ask is that you pay for the postage and a £5 handling fee.
