Slinky Sofa Tables is an internationally registered trademark and cannot be used commercially without the trademark owners’ permission.

Colours depicted on this website may vary depending on the device you are using to view the images. If you purchase a table and find the colour does not match your décor you can return it for exchange within thirty days of receipt of your order. The table must be in unused, undamaged condition, there is a £5 handling fee and you must pay shipping costs.


The item MUST be in as new condition including the Bumpers. 

Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason you must return it to the address below WITHIN 30 DAYS. A £5 handling fee and postage will be at your cost.

If you wish to exchange an item a £5 handling fee and the cost of the shipping of the exchange will be charged. We will send an invoice prior to sending the exchanged item.

Items must be in the same (new) condition as when they were originally shipped from us, including the Bumpers.

Please include in the box details concerning the reason for your return/exchange and your name and address so that we can find your original order. 

And also whether you would like a refund or replacement.

If you would like a replacement be sure to state the colour you would like. If you would like a refund, we will credit the card number you used to make your original purchase, excluding the £5 handling and shipping fee.

Goods returned for replacement or refund must be in the same (new) condition as when they were originally shipped from us, including the Bumpers.

If the goods are damaged please use the "Contact Us" tab on this site to contact us before returning. Damaged goods returned without prior contact and agreement with us regarding the circumstances of how the damage occurred may not be accepted.

We advise you to have your returns tracked as we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

Returned Goods need to be sent to an address in Crewe. Please contact our customer service team for further information.

Shipping for all orders is at the rate quoted on the FAQ Page or as you go through checkout. Orders will be despatched the day after the order is received (or the following business day if ordered at the weekend). Delivery time will usually be between one and three days depending on the delivery address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Physical address only. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been despatched.

When you submit a form on this website such as an enquiry or a simple site search via our website, a secure server is used.

We use industry standard data encryption for transmission of any personal information including credit card details you provide online. SSL allows a secure connection between your web browser and our web server, using a private (or secret) key to encrypt information.

We use Stripe and Paypal as our secure payment gateways for online credit card transactions.

We do not store your credit card details online. All credit card transactions are processed online in real time and protected by industry security standards.

If you are unsure about purchasing online please contact us and we will discuss alternative payment options that you are comfortable with.

We only use the information you provide to fulfill your order and we only collect your email address with your permission to keep you up to date with offers and special promotions, and to confirm your order.


You can join our mailing lists and be added to our email database using the forms provided on this web site. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to ANYONE.

We only want to send e-mails to those who want to receive it.
If you would not like to receive future e-mails from us, please use the 'unsubscribe' link located at the bottom of our email communications.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you decide you want to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving it we will replace it or refund you with no reservations so long as the item in in unused new condition. All we ask is that you pay a £5 handling fee and for the postage.

In the case of returning a damaged item go to the "Contact Us" tab and send us an email before sending it back.

We will exchange items if you change your mind, however postage for the return of the unwanted item, a £5 handling fee and the cost of shipping the replacement must be paid by you.
